As a family we had long desired to move into the Wynnum area. My wife grew up in Wynnum, but as a couple we had lived in Wynnum since 1981. We finally got around to summoning up the courage to start the process last August (2017).
So … with Kevin’s help, we began looking. Any purchase of a new home for us was going to be contingent on us selling our residence at the time, a house on 7000sqm block of land.
Kevin knew the challenges that lay ahead in selling our place because it was situated in a unique area without many comparisons and making the final asking price a challenge to obtain. But with a direct marketing approach and word of mouth, we had multiple showings every week for months. After some bumps in the road with multiple potential buyers and some stressful months, Kevin was able to get two cash buyers competing to buy our place and was able secure a deal.
On the flipside, the home we were contracted to purchase in Wynnum West was not a walk in the park either. The previous owners agreed to have us under contract contingent on us selling our place. They waited for us to do so for a long time (we were under contract from September to January). Kevin’s hard work and due diligence kept these people from deciding not to void the contract.
Even when there were bumps in the road with some buyers falling through the cracks, Kevin was there to encourage us and lift our heads up, and for that we will be forever grateful. Even in the short time we have lived here in Wynnum West (two months), it has turned out to be everything we had dreamed it would be; great schools, great families, great recreation and activities, great location close to shops, great house and everything else we thought it would be.
And, to be honest, we owe that all to Kevin. I can’t imagine anyone working harder than he did for us and now my family will be the beneficiaries of that hard work, persistence and dedication.

"We called Kevin when we were interested in selling our home and land in July 2017. He told us his average home sold is within a month to two months. He brought a binder of data with him about home sales at our first meeting. We had a lot of deferred maintenance so needed to get our home in resale shape. Kevin went to each room and gave us a list of what needed to be done. We completed everything on the list. He brought in a professional stager, who really helped us with showing the home in its best light and a photographer who made beautiful flyers for the showing. He makes everything very easy. I even remember him helping me pick up my little ones toys and tidy up a bit before an open home!! We couldn't have decided to sell at a worse time, with the market being so quiet, but this did not faze Kevin he would sit and brainstorm new ideas to generate further interest in our property, he's not afraid to think outside the box. After we had a negative experience with a previous realtor that left me with a feeling of mistrust around the home-purchasing process, Kevin reversed my perspective entirely. He was honest, communicative and thorough in his approach to our transaction.
He paid close attention to the details from the start. When we were touring homes and he was inspecting the structure thoroughly, examining the health of the landscape and noting the advantages/disadvantages of the location. (right by the train station)

If your looking for a real estate agent that knows his stuff, is honest, no pretense , works his but off, then Kevin is your man. I have bought and sold with Kevin. He gives good and bad feedback from prospective buyers, he organized a fantastic photo shoot for our property and put it on the web we also used photos at one of our other properties that looked the part. Other Real estate agents just wanted to auction our property, cost a fortune and didn't sell. Kev sold our place three months later, he asked us what price did we really want to sell for and he suggested we could try but in his eyes the price was the problem "the reality" was that we were emotionally attached but to sell we had to realize some things and become more price serious to sell.
